Question: 44% of people say they find this sort of gross when visiting someone else’s home. What is it?
Answer: Dead plants!
How many of you have dead plants in our homes, or find it difficult to turn a plant around when it’s dying? Plants are one thing, but what about relationships, seasons of life, or our health?
The good news is that Jesus is in the business of bringing dead things back to life. He even makes the astonishing claim that whoever believes in Him, even though they die, will live! That’s pretty amazing. That’s the subject of our sermon today. As we begin our Holy Week journey today, pastor Jill brings us a message called “Living Into Our Beliefs, Even When We Don’t Understand.”
