According to a study by the American Bible Society in 2025, those who engage with God’s word at least 4 times per week experience up to a 50% reduction in anxiety and depression, lowered stress and emotional distress, increased flourishing and hope, improved cognitive behavioral changes, and enhanced resilience. That’s really cool!
