Dang. That's tough. I don't know about you, but I'm feeling kind of raw right now. It takes time to get things right. We need to be patient when we barbecue. Low and slow is the secret.  

Jonah was in the belly of the fish and God was working on him. He does the same thing with us, but it takes time.
