Question: One in four people do this after getting their holiday gifts. What is it?
Answer: Google to find out how much it’s worth!
How does that strike you? I'm wondering why we might do that. Perhaps it's about fairness or competition or just curiosity. Perhaps it's just human nature to measure what we mean to someone by the worth of the gift they give us.
This morning, Steve brings a message from the song of Mary found in Luke chapter 1. In it, she says "My spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
for He has been mindful of the humble state of His servant.
" Clearly, she sees how much she is worth to her Savior. Hopefully, we do too. Steve's message is called "Tell Your Story, Sing Your Song." It's the final talk in our series "Experiencing God This Christmas."
