Question: How are the Tigers doing this year?
Answer: It’s their best season in 100 years!
After a century of decline, tiger numbers are on the rise. According to the World Wildlife Fund, tiger numbers are up for the first time in 100 years. The global wild tiger population has risen by 700 since 2010. At least 3,890 tigers remain in the wild. But poaching and human encroachment, still threaten the largest member of the cat family.
Storytelling is also alive and well. The digital age hasn’t led to the extinction of face-to-face conversation and storytelling. Actually, people yearn for human touch and connection more than ever. That’s why storytelling will never die and why it is at the heart of Celebration Community Church.
This morning, Steve will bring a talk called, “Storytelling Central: The Church of the Open Mic,” then open the floor for short stories of God’s grace in your life.
