Celebration Community Church is not a spectator church. We do not have paid professionals in charge of everything. Our approach is to inspire, invite, and equip our people, young and old, to lead and to do the work of the ministry.
The role of our Staff is to make it easy for you to do that. We want this to be a fun place for you to get serious about community, worship, discipleship, service, and witness. We are hard-working leaders and trusted servants, called to cast vision, develop leaders, love people, engage in conversation, manage ministry departments, problem-solve, communicate, and coordinate.
Our church does not operate like a machine, but like a team. Our Staff is here to help you find your seat, if what you need is rest; or to get in the game, if what you need is to participate. We hope you will experience us as supportive coaches and your biggest fans.
