Small groups are a great way to really connect with others – to go beyond the superficial stuff – to ask questions about faith, doubt, life, and issues. It’s great to listen to people tell their story – and share yours.

Why Small Groups?
Small groups are where people really connect. In a small group, you can go beyond superficial stuff. You can ask questions about faith, doubt, life and other issues. You can hear people tell their story...and share yours.

Our Dream of Community
The following account of the early church shows what biblical community can look like:
They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. (Acts 2:42-47)

Community is our middle name!
We believe that it is possible for people to deeply love and care for one another. We know that God can do mighty wonders in our lives. We are devoted to studying and applying the Word of God. We don't have a commune, but we are building "community".
In Small Groups, individual believers can become a community of believers. It's not automatic. There will be bumps in the road. But by the power of the Holy Spirit, small groups can form meaningful, loving relationships with Jesus as the center of things. Praise, prayer, Bible Study, ministry AND eating together add up to spiritual vitality. And if we really live what we are learning, we can attract unbelievers to something that is powerful and real.
