A Faithful Servant is Retiring
For those of you who know and love her, we wanted to let you know that after 11 years of service, Tamra Howe is retiring from being our nursery worker. Many of our kids have been loved and held, fed and changed by her. It truly is the ending of an era and we will miss her terribly. February 28 will be her last Sunday and we are planning on doing some fun and cool stuff for her that day. If you have had a child in the nursery these past years we invite you to be part of an album that is being put together for Tamra. Please bring a picture or two of you child over the next two Sundays (first and second service) and give them to Leslie or Russ Powell to be included in the album and help us say goodbye to a faithful servant. If you haven't yet, please take a few minutes to e-mail Leslie Powell a baby picture of your kids (or a family photo) for Tamra Howe's Thank You album. ColoradoPowells@gmail.com.

This Sunday - "Justice and Healthcare for the Common Good" presented by Dr John Perkins
Dr John Perkins has been a leader in Christian community development in poverty-entrenched urban and rural communities throughout the country for more than 30 years. Here's a special opportunity to hear him speak in a free seminar/rally called Justice and Healthcare for the Common Good, sponsored by Denver Seminary this Sunday, February 28, 4-6 pm, at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church, 1500 S Dayton St, Denver 80247.

"Bring Your Own Mug"
Doesn't your coffee or tea really taste better in a "real mug?" Doesn't it bother you to think of how many foam cups we go through each Sunday? Here's your chance to do something about it!

Wednesday Morning Bible Study
The Touch of Faith Bible Study meets every Wednesday morning from 10 to 11:30 am in the conference room next to the chapel. We're currently studying the book, The Seven Next Words of Christ. Join us for fellowship and time in the Word.

Small Groups meet at neighborhood homes one evening during the week. They are a great way to get to know people better, to share life and to study and understand the Bible better. Click here for more information.

•The Prayer Team at Celebration is made up of about eight members who love to pray for others. Our mission is to appeal to God on behalf of people in need of grace and to strive to inspire and equip others at Celebration to do the same. You can send prayer requests to prayer@thepartychurch.com, which will be shared only within the prayer team, or at your request, be printed in the church-wide weekly email and Sunday bulletin. We will pray faithfully for you.

"Become a living prayer this week by writing a letter, donating food, visiting the sick, or setting a relationship right. In doing so you might just become someone else's answer to prayer."
