Thanks to those who have signed up to fill some of our open dates for 1st service snacks. We still need someone for next Sunday, September 5. If you would be willing to take your turn next Sunday, please let us know by replying to this email or contact Cindy McNair, 303.320.4254 (hm) or 303.770.4848 (wk). Thanks!

Sunday Snacks Sign-Up
The snack sign-up will be making the rounds in both services this Sunday. Please sign up to provide snacks one Sunday this fall or winter--or sign up with a friend to have fun hosting together!

Global Fest - Saturday, September 11, 11 am-4 pm at Stapleton Central Park
This 3rd annual celebration of nations, sponsored by Denver area local and ethnic churches, will include ethnic crafts for sale, music from around the globe, kid's games and activities, and more! Bring an ethnic food to share and experience a diversity of flavors as you try new foods.

Volunteers are needed to transport/set up tables and to transport people to and from the event. For more information, contact Kelli Hayes at kelli@ineighbornet.org.

"Bring Your Own Mug"
Doesn't your coffee or tea really taste better in a "real mug?" Doesn't it bother you to think of how many foam cups we go through each Sunday? Here's your chance to do something about it!

Wednesday Morning Bible Study
The Touch of Faith Bible Study meets every Wednesday morning from 10 to 11:30 am in the conference room next to the chapel. We're currently studying the book, The Seven Next Words of Christ. Join us for fellowship and time in the Word.

Small Groups meet at neighborhood homes one evening during the week. They are a great way to get to know people better, to share life and to study and understand the Bible better. Click here for more information.

•The Prayer Team at Celebration is made up of about eight members who love to pray for others. Our mission is to appeal to God on behalf of people in need of grace and to strive to inspire and equip others at Celebration to do the same. You can send prayer requests to prayer@thepartychurch.com, which will be shared only within the prayer team, or at your request, be printed in the church-wide weekly email and Sunday bulletin. We will pray faithfully for you.

Good Resource: Do you need help to prepare for your small group, teaching Sunday School or your person Bible study? Check out Bible Gateway.com . It's a free service for reading and researching Scripture online – all in the language or translation of your choice. They provide advanced tools you can use to search the Bible by keywords or verse, as well as other tools to enhance your study of the Bible.

"Become a living prayer this week by writing a letter, donating food, visiting the sick, or setting a relationship right. In doing so you might just become someone else's answer to prayer."
